2 issues I had with them – the first was that I found them to be slightly less responsive. They don’t have live support or a phone call, and some e-mails got a response after more than 24 hours – annoying if you really need your Apple device!

The second issues is that their solution was also a partial jailbreak (no unlocking) so you stay stuck with your carrier.

This product is alright, but nothing to write home about. It works, and that’s about all I can say about it (which still makes it better than some stuff out there that just does nothing).

It took about half an hour to finish the Jailbreaking process with this program – and the instructions weren’t very clear so I got a bit confused and had a freak out moment (I was doing it right, but still bad instructions lose you some points!). The price was a little expensive for my taste. Customer service was acceptable. There was a phone number and not just an email address, but you had to call India, which I didn’t like either.
